Trey Michalczewski, the 2013 over-slot 7th round draft pick, bounced back from yesterday’s performance (0-6, 4 K) with his best game of the year. The switch-hitting third baseman hit his way on in all four at bats including an 8th inning triple.

Trayce Thompson had his 11 game hit streak come to an end today. Thompson did a draw a walk and is still off to an outstanding start in his 23-year-old season.
