The White Sox made a pair of draft picks in the MLB’s first day of draft action.
Round 1 Pick 3: Carlos Rodon, a left-handed starting pitcher out of North Carolina State, was expected to be the number one pick of the draft up until Brady Aiken’s ascent.
Round 2 Pick 44: Spencer Adams, a right-handed starting pitcher out of White County High School in George, was largely expected to be a 1st round draft pick this year.
