Noah Schultz – MLB Pipeline White Sox #1

21-year-old Noah Schultz got the opening day nod for the Barons and after an uneventful (and two strikeout) first innings, faced some challenges from the Smokies lineup in the second and third frames.

Kyle Teel – MLB Pipeline White Sox #2

It was a slow offensive week for 23-year-old Kyle Teel, striking out 10 times in 22 at-bats (six games), although he was making positive impacts on the defensive side of the ball for the Knights.

Hagen Smith – MLB Pipeline White Sox #3

Following Noah Schultz in the rotation, a bumpy beginning to 21-year-old Hagen Smith’s first AA start didn’t shake him, as the southpaw was able to battle over spotty command in the early going. Smith struck out the last six batters he faced (five swinging).

Colson Montgomery – MLB Pipeline White Sox #4

The tough opening to the season continued for 23-year-old Colson Montgomery, striking out nine times in 18 at-bats. Six of those strikeouts came in the opening two games of the series before getting a breather in the third game. In the final three games, Montgomery reached base multiple times in two of the three games, with a hit and a walk in each of those (and a strikeout in each game).

Edgar Quero – MLB Pipeline White Sox #6

Celebrating his 22nd birthday on Sunday, Edgar Quero celebrated by collecting two hits including a two run shot. The Cuban catcher reached base multiple times in three of the five games he played against Norfolk as well as six of his first eight games on the 2025 campaign.

Braden Montgomery – MLB Pipeline White Sox #5

Making his professional debut, 21-year-old outfielder Braden Montgomery came up with some big and timely hits for the Cannon Ballers in their opening weekend series against Hickory, driving in seven in his first three games while also going 2-for-2 on stolen bases.

Jairo Iriarte – MLB Pipeline White Sox #9

23-year-old Jairo Iriarte endured another tough outing for the Knights battling command issues, allowing multiple baserunners in each of his four innings of work, but was at least able to limit the damage to just three runs.

Mason Adams – MLB Pipeline White Sox #12

25-year-old Mason Adams had successful Tommy John surgery and will be out for the remainder of the 2025 season.

George Wolkow – MLB Pipeline White Sox #10

19-year-old George Wolkow had two hits, a walk (five strikeouts), and went 3-for-3 on stolen bases in the opening series for Kannapolis.

Trending on the Farm: AAA (Charlotte)

Chase Meidroth – MLB Pipeline White Sox #8

23-year-old Chase Meidroth kept his hot offensive start going against Tides pitching, batting .385/.529/.923 for a 1.452 OPS with a double, two home runs, three RBI, six runs scored, and a stolen base in four games. Meidroth also walked (three) as many times as he struck out while playing two games at second base and shortstop in the series.

Eric Adler

24-year-old Eric Adler made his Charlotte debut last week appearing in two games while hurling three scoreless innings allowing two hits, one walk, and striking out three.

Steven Wilson

30-year-old Steven Wilson made two scoreless appearances for the Knights last week allowing one hit, one walk, while striking out four in two innings. Wilson also notched a save.

Owen White

25-year-old Owen White had a solid first start as a member of the Knights rotation.

Trending on the Farm: AA (Birmingham)

Mario Camilletti

25-year-old Mario Camilletti scored two runs and had four hits in seven at-bats, including this triple, in the opening series for the Barons.

Michael Turner

26-year-old Michael Turner had three hits and scored a run in six at-bats in the Barons first two games of the season.

Oscar Colás

24-year-old Oscar Colás had two hits, including the Barons first home run of the season, and was successful on his lone stolen base attempt.

Gil Luna

25-year-old Gil Luna made one scoreless appearance for the Barons and struck out the side.

Trending on the Farm: A+ (Winston-Salem)

Sam Antonacci

22-year-old infielder Sam Antonacci came out of the gates hot for the Dash, hitting .400/.533/.700 in 10 at-bats with a 1.233 OPS, six runs scored, a home run, five RBI, and went 2-for-2 in stolen bases in the opening weekend series for the Dash.

Jackson Appel

23-year-old catcher Jackson Appel doubled and homered while walking more (three) than he struck out (one) in the opening weekend. He also score three runs in six at-bats.

Ryan Galanie

24-year old Ryan Galanie sent four of his five hits on the weekend for extra bases (two doubles, triple, home run) in 14 at-bats while scoring two runs and driving in seven.

Jeral Perez – MLB Pipeline White Sox #20

20-year-old infielder Jeral Perez doubled, homered, scored four runs and drove in two in 12 at-bats during the opening series against Rome.

Phil Fox & Carson Jacobs

22-year-old righty Phil Fox made one scoreless appearance, throwing an inning and a third and struck out two batters.

23-year-old right-hander Carson Jacobs pitched a perfect inning of work out of the Dash bullpen, striking out two.

Shane Murphy

24-year-old southpaw Shane Muprhy pitched two scoreless innings allowing just one hit while striking out three.

Trending on the Farm: A (Kannapolis)

Mikey Kane

23-year-old Mikey Kane only made one start for the Cannon Ballers during the opening weekend but surely made the most of it, smacking three hits, including a triple and a home run.

Mason Moore

23-year-old Mason Moore got the opening day nod for the Cannon Ballers and threw the ball well.

Morris Austin

25-year-old righty Morris Austin pitched two scoreless innings of work, allowing one hit, one walk, and struck out four.

Aric McAtee

24-year-old right-hander Aric McAtee pitched a perfect one and two thirds innings striking out two Crawdads hitters.
