FutureSox publishes top 30 prospect lists twice a year. Currently, we post one during the offseason around January, and one at the midway point of the season after the trade deadline. The rankings are created by a voting system, much like AP polls in college sports, with the votes coming from our writers and contributors, followed by some arguing to come to consensus.
